I called Renhard, on the recommendation of a neighbor, when our heat pump quit in the middle of winter. They came out the next morning and we were up and running in a couple of hours. We had 2 different service calls from another service, and many $ later we still experiencing problems. They said we probably needed a complete new system. Loren was able to diagnose what they failed to address, and fixed it for a 1/3 of the cost.I couldn't recommend Renhard more highly.

Joe came out and helped me diagnose a furnace problem in 5 minutes (thermostat was the culprit). I was even late getting home and he waited for me for ~15 minutes. I told him I already had a thermostat on order so he didn’t even charge me for the service call. Excellent and fast service - I had only called the day before. Highly recommend!
