Prompt and helpful service. Lance was the technician, he did a great job communicating what was going on during the process and educated me throughout. Very knowledgeable and professional, easy scheduling and incredibly fair price. Will be the only company I use moving forward, 10/10.

Lance did a thorough job on cleaning and maintenance of my mini splits. He was informative for things I didn’t know. He also cleared our dryer vent. I will be a regular customer.

Renhard H&C is, by far, the best HVAC company we have ever worked with. We only wish we had found them sooner it would’ve saved us a lot of money and bad experiences! Loren and his whole team have been great to work with and are very fast with their response time and resolutions every time we have had an emergency issue pop up. 10 out of 10!!

I am very happy with this company. The call for appointment setting as a start was both pleasant and accommodating. Promptly before the appointment date as well as arrival time, I have received text updates including a link for tracking the technician. The technician arrived very promptly. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained to us step by step of his orders of inspection. The problem was identified quickly and resolved within an hour. I learned that this company is local family-based, who takes great pride of what they do. The price is also quite reasonable. Both business communication and technical skills are top rated. I will use them again.

Very good installation. Will highly recommend them. When we had a question about furnace they came out immediately and fixed problem. Very happy with them.

Very professional and really know how do their job! Koby fixed my ventless fireplace with ease and will call them and recommend them to any person I know. I am very happy with the job done. Additionally, they were ready to come and fix my fireplace within 24 hours of calling them when others were telling me to wait even a month!

They gladly answered ALL the questions I had through the whole process and made installing an updated AC unit so seamless. I chose Renhard’s because they’ve been in business in Newberg for 65 years. As longtime Newberg residents this seemed like a great place to start looking for estimates. Tannyr came out the same day to give us an estimate on replacing duct work. Jeral and Jakob came out a few days later (in the snow) and had the new ducts installed, including fixing another problem not originally found. The technicians were so kind and professional. It’s difficult finding a company that feels trustworthy and reasonably priced. We found this in Renhard’s. I just can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much to the whole Renhard team!

Briannah promptly answered the phone after just a few rings and was courteous. I told her I had an odd question. She transfered me to Tannyr. I told him NNG (Northwest Natural Gas) was here the day before and shut off our gas due to an improper install by another hvac company failing to install a regulator 3 years ago when home was built. ( I called the original installer who had 30 years experience, they had no desire or urgency to help our situation). We had no heat, hot water, etc. Tannyr came out the same day an estimated. I agreed to the estimate and scheduled the install on Thursday. Briannah called later that day and said good news, we can have Jakob and Brandon out tomorrow. (A day sooner). They arrived on time, were super pleasant and made the install in a timely manner. Was able to call NNG same night and have our service restored. We are pleased with their service & highly recommend Renhard Heating. Thank you, Newberg Residents

Our heating/cooling motor in the attic went out so we didn’t have any air conditioning in these last warm days of summer. I called Renhard and Lance came out. He had my new motor ordered that day after a complete and accurate diagnostic test. We were up and running quickly. Works fantastic!!!I also had Lance Renhard put a new gas valve in my fireplace as well as a complete detail maintenance service. Great work again. Five stars in every category when it comes to this company. I would recommend Renhard for quality work and reasonable pricing for all H-VAC issues.

My heat went out right before going to bed last night. I called at 7:30-8am, got a hold of a gentleman name Lauren who could come around 2-4pm. He called me at 10am and said he could make it early. Was at my house in a few minutes, diagnosed the issue. Found the part in north Portland, had another sales guy pick it up, had it delivered and installed by 2:45pm same day! Praise the Lord for Lauren and his efficiency and ability to get the part we needed to us in one day instead of his origional estimate to have it done in 28 hours! We didn’t have heat in the 34° weather. So grateful he cared for my family like it was his own! Now my two kids little kiddos don’t have to freeze tonight! So so grateful! Highly recommend! Ps this was our first time going through Renhard’s heating! We will be calling again!

I called Renhard, on the recommendation of a neighbor, when our heat pump quit in the middle of winter. They came out the next morning and we were up and running in a couple of hours. We had 2 different service calls from another service, and many $ later we still experiencing problems. They said we probably needed a complete new system. Loren was able to diagnose what they failed to address, and fixed it for a 1/3 of the cost.I couldn't recommend Renhard more highly.

These guys are awesome! 1st time I called, they helped me fix our issue over the phone. 2nd time they came out and checked everything and said because it was to cold (winter) they would have to come out when it’s warmer to check the ac part of our heat pump. Reassured us our heat was good! No charge! Told them I would see them this summer. Sadly in June we lost our house to a fire. Called them to service our heat pump at our mew place as I have no idea of service history and age. Lance came out told me everything I needed to know and I am feeling relief!!! I have and will continue to recommend them! Also I signed up for their yearly service maintenance No more worries! Thank you Lance and Renhard!!!

I have worked with Renhard on many occasions for my own home as well as for my clients' needs. All of their techs are always quick, transparent, professional and easy to work with. They also have many up to date conveniences from online booking/contact to text reminders and immediate invoicing and easy payment features that makes everything organized and smooth. Would highly recommend them!

Joe came out and helped me diagnose a furnace problem in 5 minutes (thermostat was the culprit). I was even late getting home and he waited for me for ~15 minutes. I told him I already had a thermostat on order so he didn’t even charge me for the service call. Excellent and fast service - I had only called the day before. Highly recommend!

Renhard is the BEST! When our oil furnace failed, finding a replacement was extremely difficult since oil heat is a vanishing breed. Loren searched the entire country and found what we needed. Pricing was very fair. Their crew is excellent. Joe knows his oil furnaces, and Jacob and Brenden were polite, careful and knowledgeable. (They also inspected our a/c unit and told us it is in good shape and doesn't need replacing. No effort to up-sell, which is refreshing.) I would highly recommend them for any heating and a/c work. We won't call anyone else!
