On Saturday night our air went out and our house was really warm . Sunday morning I spent time on internet looking for an a/c company and a few websites . After looking at at many both reviews and websites I decided to call Renhard heating and cooling . I left a voicemail and expected to get a call back this morning (Monday) . I got a call from Loren about 1:30 or so . He gave me a choice of coming out yesterday or probably Tuesday. Also told me there would be an extra charge . Good call , he said he could leave in about 5 minutes or so and be there in less than 1/2 hour . He was there in about 1/2 hour and obviously with his last name of Renhard he was there to take care of us . About 35 minutes later he had our a/c working , had the parts on his truck . Impressive service , impressive professionalism. I made a great choice choosing his company . There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews. Thanks Loren and thank your wife for sharing you for a little while on Mother's Day !! read less

Of course it was a day reaching 100 degrees. We called around but everyone was booked out a month. Made an appt with another company for a month out just in case we really couldn't get anyone else. Found Loren online and gave him a call. He said he could swing by that afternoon to check it out. He did and figured out the problem within 15 minutes and fixed it. We called and set an appointment for the next business day, and Loren arrived on time and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He was able to get the parts needed and fix the AC issues, as well as providing preventative measures to protect the the wires leading to the AC unit, which originally had rodent damage. He really went above and beyond to clean the unit out and we are very thankful for the outstanding service and reasonable prices.
